Good product, Great service

Purchased the scale and was initially satisfied but then it stopped working. I called the customer service center and they helped me trouble-shoot it for about 10 minutes. We found that the cord was faulty. They sent me a new cord via Priority Mail and after it arrived within 3 days, the scale is back working as normal. Great service. Overall pleased with this product and company.
