warm & cozy

I ordered two of these by accident and it was soon clear a happy accident it was! I originally ordered one for my son and since two came, I adopted the other one. I work as a visiting nurse and am in and out of the car all day. We live in a temperate area. This morning the temperature outside was 34 degrees F. By 1 pm it was up to 57. I stayed warm and cozy. It is easy to remove when I go inside overheated homes and I don't need to worry about soiling it as I can drop it in the washing machine with no red dye bleeding. My son never wears a coat to school as it is not allowed to wear them from class to class and he never goes to his locker. Hoodies are allowed. He stays warm in these jackets and can layer this over his thinner hoodie top.

Nice and warm. My first one was too big, I bought at Big R, but it was the only one. Then I found these online and finally got a medium. These are actually made better and seem heavier than the one from Big R. I would recommend these. Warm too.

Fantastic Quality - Apraised almost Double my Cost ..

Bought this as a Gift for my wife in may of 08, after she took care of me for 18 months leading to and after kidney/liver transplant.. My Angel ..She was surprised to say the least, I did a lot of research and talked to the jewelers at the site for recommendations on the Gold K weight. All recommended 10K for durability and strength. Paying a little under $3,500 at the time, It seemed to be a really good deal.. After my wife saw it she was amazed.. I was very happy about that .. Any way,she wears it everyday and just recently had it appraised to add to the Home Insurance policy.. Two separate appraisals averaged more than 2X what I paid.. It is a stunning piece of jewelry "my wife has quite a bit" and she loves it.. If your looking for something like this, do your homework, the prices vary wildly for the same quality diamonds and gold. Though these are not very high quality diamonds, you could not tell the difference between these and a $15,000 + bracelet.. I tried !! most people say, wow that must be a $10,000 bracelet .... It's not, it's worth a lot more than that by the look on her face .......

I went searching the internet for a very specific size of cat scratch. My new baby kitties were going to the kitty kennel & I wanted their visit to be stress free. This cat scratch fit perfectly into their kitty kennel. Both kitties played, scratched & slept on it for a week. The neutral color goes with most furniture. It is sturdy with no hint of tipping over when the kitties are rough housing. 5 paws up!

Sturdy, No Tip Over Concerns

I purchased this Platform Lounger to replace the cat hammocks I had attached to my living room cottage windows.The 24" hight is perfect for watching the world outside. It's a solid wood, well made piece of furniture with a large base, so I have no worries about it tipping over. My Siamese cats have used it since they were kittens, and they both still fit in it at full size.The fact that it has two types of scratching materials is a definite plus, as my cats are not fond of the jute but love the carpeted post. Quality carpeting is used; it's soft enough to be comfortable, and it doesn't shed! It's easily cleanable with an upholstery tool. I purchased the Natural color, which matches the patch shown in the second photo. Perfect! I'm sincerely pleased with this cat lounger and will purchase another one for the second window.

First Impressions on having this set of Sheets for a week.

I bought these sheets thinking they were going to be very high quality, but that is not the case. I think this is in my part due to the fact that I had such high expectations, which aren't the fault of the seller or these sheets. Now that I look back I was probably looking for a 1000 count set of sheets and duvet cover. Overall though I don't think I got a bad deal. Duvet covers aren't cheap so that probably is half the cost of the sheets, or close to, that I paid the total $111 for. I also wanted a set of sheets that was masculine looking with a nice design. I liked the Striped Two tone Navy. They feel like the normal sheets I had before, but like I said before, 500 count just isn't very high so I can't really hold it against this set of sheets. For $111 for a whole set with a Duvet cover and the Shams and Pillow covers it is a pretty good deal.If you don't need the highest quality and just want pretty good quality set at a decent price, with a nice masculine color, this is the set for you. If you want higher quality I would keep looking around on amazon for some of the other sets of sheets at 1000 count or so. The problem with those is that you need (well if you want your set to match) to find a Duvet cover that matches the color of the sheets you purchased, which is a hassle in itself.

The Best Multitool in the World - know why?

I do a lot of research, check out stuff personally, talk to peeple, then only make the buy decision. I owned a Leather Wave for the past 9 years. After checking out the Charge TTi, could'nt resist buying it. And Boy, am I happy!The tool is an engineering masterpiece. Absolutely solid feel, precision movements/click stops, very sharp and strong tools. It could'nt get better. When compared to the Victorinox Swisstool Spirit plus, this is many times better. The swisstool does not have good strong knives like the leatherman. It looks mute and wimpy. But the leatherman tool's knives and hexbit drivers, etc. look, feel and work aggressively.Don't miss out on the Hexbit extender. It is worth every penny. It not only accommodates the Leatherman proprietary flattened hexbits, it also accepts regular hexbits - this means, you have access to use the innumerable regular market hexbits, which is indispensable.If you are looking for the Rolls Royce in multitools, this is it. A MUST have filtration system if you have allergies or live where the air is polluted!!!

I bought the Rabbit Air Minus A2 system and this filter kit specifically because I was living overseas in Naples, Italy. The air is very polluted and this made a HUGE difference in the air quality in our Villa. A MUST HAVE. This system is the best combined HEPA/carbon filter product out on the market. It specifically has a filter that targets toxins. If you live where the air quality is poor because there is constant burning of trash, farm waste, leaves, and/or wood you should buy this system. Yes it is very expensive, but can you really put a price on your health. The system works like a champ. I had (2) running 24 hrs/ 7 days a week for just over 2 years. It had no issues!

Does what it's supposed to do

Hard to say much about this, other than if you have the Rabbit Air purifier, you do need to remember to change the filters annually (at minimum). We ran a little longer (about 18 months) simply because we forgot. We've just installed the replacement set and we do notice a difference. We now have calendar alarms set up to keep us on the "straight and narrow" in terms of changing the filters on time from now on. Pretty easy to install these as well - a nice bonus.

wheelchair ramps

very sturdy, fairly easy to install - just wish it had a rubber lip at the bottom for those times when you set it down on an uneven surface - like most parking lots. Still - it does the job, and saved me an absolute ton of money - i didn't need to build an elaborate ramp for the wheelchair my Mom now needs. I also purchased the threshold type of ramp for in the house - and that works great too.

I installed this fan to cool the garage in the hot summer months. I was not expecting much when I saw the fan but I'm highly impressed. The fan hums away all day cooling the garage.When I put my hand behind the fan (other side of wall) I feel the hot air blowing our with a lot of force - I'd say equal to a big hairdryer on max!

Save Money On Your Mobile Home Cooling Bills!

I bought this solar panel and fan not to cool a green house, but to help cool a mobile home. My 1972 mobile home has what is called a "roof-over" and therefore has a small air space running the length of the mobile home covered with an aluminum roof. Both ends had vented panels and there is fiberglass insulation covering the original trailer roof over which was installed the "roof over." I have painted the roof white, which made a big difference in summer cooling electricity expense. But, it has been so hot so far this summer August 12, 2011 that I felt I could do better.I installed the fan in the west end of the gable of the roof over as high as I could get it, built a backing plate of plywood with a hole the diameter of the fan space which I screwed the fan on to and then screwed that structure to one of the center aluminum cover plates on the West end of the mobile home. I covered the outside facing part of this in order to keep rain out with a louvered dryer (cloths dryer) vent cover. So, that when the sun goes down or it is cloudy or raining the louvers close.I sealed all the air vents on this West end of the trailer so that the fan would draw air through the roof over from the vents on the East end of the trailer.I mounted the solar panel on the roof at the peak on the South facing side and angled it slightly toward the east.I am so thrilled with the results. It all works like a charm...on a sunny day in the summer the fan comes around 9:30 am and runs until 7:30 or 8 pm in the evening. And it costs me nothing in electricity. Both the fan and the solar panel are very high quality!

Useful greenhouse fan

Easily set up.Works reasonabley well in a 12 x 8 greenhouse using shade cloth to reduce temperature. I would purchase a bigger size of fan for an 12 x 8 greenhouse to get move exchanges per hour but this size would work well with a smaller greenhouse with vents. Good value for money - remember to install an on/off switch since its always live when the sun shines and the blades are sharp!

All the pieces slot into place so it is just as easy to dismantle, but is sturdy enough for children to play with. I am very impressed with the finish of the house. The sash windows open and shut, and stay shut with magnets. My daughter opens the roof herself and takes it off to make the front path. We bought 3 sets of furniture for the house (drawing room, kitchen and bedroom) and you really don't need any more, although we'll probably also get the children's bedroom. The accessories are wonderful with fantastic attention to detail, eg. the kitchen has milk bottles for the fridge and a slice of toast in the toaster; the chairs have tie-on cushions - and all made out of wood and fabric rather than plastic. The family is cute (although not currently available on Amazon; we bought it separately). They are primarily wood but are jointed so that can stand, sit, dance etc. The gift was a huge success and I expect she will be playing with it for many years.

Beautiful, Huge, Very Pretty Dollhouse

I bought my daughter the Plan Toys My First Dollhouse and Basement when she was two -- it was so sturdy she could stand on it and it wouldn't budge. It was solid wood but plain, completely unadorned. Last Christmas, when she turned four, Santa brought this dollhouse as her "big girl" dollhouse. It is very pretty. It looks charming in her room. My only complaint is that it is not quite as sturdy as the Plan Toys dollhouse, (in that it will move ever so slightly if you give it a sideways nudge, unlike the other one, which will not budge) but it is made for an older child, not a toddler, so she is fine with it and now that she is five, it is perfect. It doesn't fit all the furniture sets I bought: the Rosebud bedroom, dining room, drawing room, living room, nursery/children's bedroom set (for the attic, bathroom and kitchen. We keep the kitchen and bathroom in the Plan Toys dollhouse, as this one JUST fits the rest. The furniture is made for an older child; one drop on the floor and the door fell off the armoir of the Rosebud Bedroom set. A little superglue worked great, but I would prefer not to have her be so careful, since things will get dropped. All in all, it was a good purchase. It was very, very easy to put together, the screened decor is truly lovely, and it is very, very big. It was a showstopper under the tree!

my daughters love this house

We bought this dollhouse and filled it with Calico Critters for our daughter's fifth birthday 6 months ago. It's been played with daily by our 5 year old and 2 year old since then. All of their friends head straight for it during playdates as well. To the touch, the house doesn't seem very sturdy once put together, but the test of time seems to prove its durability. We're happy with the purchase, and I'd buy it again.
