Lots of fun

Bought this at Christmas, put it up the day of. It has a pump with it and so far the court has remained very durable. My 4 and 5 year old have been playing this together and enjoy it a lot. Only complaint is that it could have had a few more balls, only one is included, and I did not see an option to purchase more balls. Regardless though, it is a great unit. So far so good.

not as durable as I thought!

Loved the idea of this, being portable and coming with it's own pump. However, we had it up only 3 times and there already seems to be a slow leak somewhere. I am planning on getting in touch with the company to see about an exchange. (It does come with a patch "kit", but I thought it should last longer that 3 days!

Great fun for 6 year old boy!

I bought this item for my 6 year old son at Christmas. We installed it and started playing it right away. It is much bigger then I thought it would be and it inflates in a flash with the included hand pump. I also wish that it included more balls, however the ball that is included is nice and even bounces on our hardwood floor. I was a little worried that on a standard door it would be too tall for him to use, however he had no problem shooting it in the basket. Deflates very quickly and can lay mostly flat up against the door when not in use, also detatches from door in seconds if you want to put it away. I think this is a great item and well worth the price!

Good trainer, needs improvements

I have not seen any other product on the market with this type of design that really encourages baby to pull up to standing. I got this when she was 7 months old and just trying to pull up to standing. She is now 8 months and can pull to standing and take a couple of steps with this item. Like many items that help baby pull to standing it will tip over if you don't help hold one end down. However, you'd be there anyway to keep baby from falling so it's okay. I placed mine with one end next to a mirror so she could walk toward the baby in the mirror which has worked very well. The hand grips on the support rails are very useful. The buttons on tops that trigger the music are lots of fun for her. But the disc shaped toys that dangle down are annoying. They trigger a song every time they swing forward and another song when they swing backward so you wind up hearing a chaotic melody comprised only of the first couple notes of each song. It is important to note that each disc toy has 2 small screws in it which don't appear to be needed since they quickly fell out of one of the discs but the disc stayed together and I can't even pull it apart. I suggest just taking them out right from the start. For the price this item is great. She spends about 2 hours a day playing with this and wears herself out.

Great idea but SUPER annoying music!

I am an occupational therapist so when i saw this i thought it would be perfect for my little guy to learn to walk. he does great pulling up on it, but stay close b/c it is not bottom heavy enough to stay upright. once he is up it works great! the worst part about this toy is the music. it changes to a different song everytime you touch any of the buttons or little swinging pieces and it becomes VERY overstimulating. and it is pretty loud so you can't really tune it out. so if you take the batteries out, it's a much more tolerable toy.

I bought this toy because I was going to babysit my little 8 month old cousin. She is starting to pull herself up and interested in walking. I thought Learning Steps Activity Gym by Little Tikes was something that she could use. I was already imagining her using it.When I got home, I put it together. It was very easy to assemble. I tested if it was sturdy but it was a little wobbly. I was disappointed that it was wobbly and the bars were not safe for the child. The bars were not padded so if she fell she could hurt herself. The buttons that plays music when you push them was a lot of fun for my cousin. The hanging discs plays music whenever it swings but it each time it swings a different song plays. It could get a little annoying at times. It is a great concept but I hope they fix the little kinks. Be sure to be around when your child plays with this toy.

Amazon provided fast and easy service

January 2, 1012 after a broker leg and four days later I went to a Nursing and Rebilitation Home, I started on Pro-Stat three timesa day for over three months. It must have helped, or else I would not have been taking it. When you know that something isgood for you, You will gadly take it. very nice toy

I purchased this car for my 2 year old grandson to use at my house (the baby sitter). The car is actually very well built and sturdy. I only have one real complaint. There is no place for the child to put his feet except to hold them straight out (the seat is very low to the ground). I am actually disappointed that my grandson doesn't want to ride it. He doesn't get the idea of holding his feet out. He wants to rest them on the frond by the axle housing. There is not really room enough for his feet there, and I don't like his feet dragging into the wheel. I think he would love it if he could get the idea of holding his feet out, but now he is not willing to try it. Maybe later. He has a 4 mo. old brother. Maybe he will like it.

Fell apart within 1week

I bought two of these for my twins and within one week the steering wheels fell off both of them... I was not able to return them to the store right away so now they will do nothing about this . I took them to a local bike shop and I am told they need welding... I called schilling and have yet to be called back!

I've had this watch for about a week and really like it.Pro's - It's very unique and has a solid build quality. I am not a fan of the latest trend of large faced watches (some exceeding 48mm) but this is a good balance between modern and classic styles (the face is 42mm.) I really like the leather band's styling. The three holes on either side give it a distinct style. I've already had quite a few comments on it and it's usually the band that catches people's eye. Most folks have been surprised to find such unique styling from Timex.Con's - The leather band is a little thinner than I anticipated. It's growing on me, but I'm not in love with it yet. The instruction manual that comes with the watch is useless. Evidently Timex is trying to save money by seemingly using one manual for every watch they own. They should save even more money and just not include one with the watch. Oddly I found a very helpful PDF file online through Timex.com (Why would they write two different manuals...?) I've provided the link below. Nice watch, battery life could be better.

What I like most about this watch is the case aesthetic, price, chronograph, and date placement. What I think could be improved about the watch is the band durability, band fit, and chronograph reset calibration. I found a tag inside my box indicating that my reseller acquired this watch from Costco in Florida and added what looked like a $20 market-up. My battery lasted 350 days about two weeks shy of the one year date. I paid $10 to replace the battery as the case looked like it used a twist-off tool. Overall, I felt the watch remains an okay value for the money which is why I rounded up to it four stars. It is a probably a three and a half star product.

works well for painting and firewood

Got this initially to check exterior wood for moisture content prior to painting or staining.Just recently started to use it to check firewood - to determine what to use and what needs more seasoning - Really takes the guesswork out of that. No more slow fires that I have to constantly tend and restart. Moisture content has to be 20% or lower. I mark the logs on the end with the moisture content number with a Sharpie.This handy little meter should be in your home tool kit for these and any number of other reasons.As one poster mentioned - has a small card to identify woods for the 2 or 3 scale on the meter - but I just leave it on 3 for firewood - that seems to cover all hardwoods.

This item was heavy duty and hard to get apart once together so I do not think it is very portable. Once put together, our set is staying put together though as we struggled to get pieces apart and that was with two people doing a tug of war. The footballs are made of a durable rubber material which is nice for our indoor use purposes. The instructions could have been more clear as they were written on one small vague sheet of paper with pics, no words. Once the black cap is in place, the goal post is permanent and that was not explained in directions. It was learned through trial and error. All in all though, I like the set as it should be more durable than the usual PVC pipe these games are often made out of as it should not crack. However, the green endzone area can crack if leaned upon as it is thin and not solid wood.

Handy little meter

I bought this meter for two reasons: to test firewood before burning and to test wood for my furniture-building hobby. At one it excels and at the other it seems to be useless.For testing wood destined for furniture or other fine woodworing, this little meter shines. It seems to be very accurate and is well-built and very sturdy. The two sets of pins allow accurate testing of most woods. The only (minor) downside here is the necessity of using the included cheat-sheet to adjust for different wood species, which is easy to do.Forget about testing firewood, unless you happen to keep your wood indoors in a climate-controlled space. The first problem is the temperature correction. I don't know about anyone else, but most of my firewood is burned when it's really cold (below freezing) outside. This meter cannot compensate for such low temperatures. The second issue involves the tendency of wood stored outside to absorb moisture in the end-grain. I was able to overcome this by sawing random samples in half just before testing, but I still had to bring them inside and up to room temperature before testing. I burn 7-8 cords of wood each season in my whole-house wood stove, so this is just not practical, and I am not willing to store my firewood indoors.(I have not yet had a need to try this meter on concrete, or other building materials, so my review does not cover that feature.)Bottom line: This well-built meter is well worth the money (in fact it's a bargain!) for woodworking or similar uses. If anyone has advice for using it with firewood, I'd love to hear your suggestions!

Works well

This meter works just as advertised. It is easy to push the pins into the wood and change the pins to the longer ones which are included. The reading is bright and clear. Instructions are basic but complete. The construction is robust although I'm not tramping around the wilderness with this unit.I had 2 cheap (one harbor freight - one other off ebay) and should of listened to the old adage - you get what you pay for. The hf unit is junk and the ebay unit stopped working after a few months. Now if mother nature would only speed up the wood I've got drying....
