Ultra Bright LED Upgrade for Late 90's/Early 2000 F-150's

After searching far and wide from AutoAnything to 4WheelParts, Summit Racing to StylinTruck to eBay, I went back to Amazon as usual to find the right parts for my F-150. While there were some pretty nice tail lights from all of the above sites, and at a lower cost as well, they all had a little bit of a "rice" look with a bit too much chrome or some weird round design/arrangement of the LED's. Although the stock Ford tail light housings are adequate for normal use, after 11 years the back end needed a fresher, brighter, more contemporary look. Come in the Recon Red LED Tail Light that are about as bright as stock with parking lights on but ultra *bright* with brake lights on, and I do mean BRIGHT! If someone rear-ends you with these installed it's probably because they were texting and driving or sleeping at the wheel or something. The Amazon picture posted on here does not do it justice especially when applying the brakes, these LED tail lights really light up the back end.Installation is plug and play, except it took a few extra minutes to figure out that the 3157 bulbs disconnect from the bulb plug which itself plugs into the stock harness. The Recon LED plug itself plugs into the 3157 bulb slots, not the plug from the harness. In other words if you remove the entire bulb assembly from the wiring harness and not *just* the *bulb* itself the LED plug will not fit and you'll think that Amazon shipped you the wrong part. For whatever reason Recon didn't think the average end user would need to know this minor detail lol. Maybe they have full details for the install on their website but I didn't feel like firing up my laptop in the middle of an install.To recap: fresh look from ultra bright LED's and clear backup light that still has a fairly stock look without going overboard and look "rice". If you're looking for some wild, over-the-top, Fast-n-Furious look this isn't it. Try eBay instead, tons of tail light housings with weird designs on there. Good deal and great sound and value for the price!

This is my first drum set so I may be somewhat biased. I will say I was lead singer for a band and our drummer had a Pearl drum kit which I will compare this to. This is NOT that! It does comes complete as it states with "everything you need to start playing right out of the box" All the hardware and parts needed to setup and play including six sets of drum sticks. The kit itself sounds pretty good right out of the box, you will need to look online (like on their website www.ddrum.com) for actual instructions on HOW to put the kit together as there are NONE included in the box! As weird as that sounds I have no idea why there were no instructions along with the 200 parts that are shipped to you. First thing you will definitely want to change is the drumsticks. Even though they ship you 6 pairs of sticks they are massive 5B's which are like playing the drums with logs! They are massive cumbersome sticks! They include those, I guess, assuming the new player will want a big sound except the sticks are cumbersome and will actually slow you down. I've had the kit and been playing for a month now and highly recommend Vic Firth 5A sticks. They are balanced and thinner and lighter allowing for better control. Second thing you will notice is the cymbals are cheap and don't sound great. They are passable but sound tinny and weak. And thirdly the bass pedal. That's also a very personal choice but I found the pedal not very responsive as well as the spring on the left hand side keep coming off no matter how often or hard I tightened it. Overall I love the drums and the value for the money. Civic Mud/Splash Guards

I have installed a lot of mud flaps on various cars and these are the best I have seen.Easy to install, very nice quality, and fit perfectly. All hardware supplied.Although typical of most splash guard installs, you need to remove wheels. With a floor jack it took about a 30-45 minutes.I recommend this product

Simply Amazing

I gave this cymbal 5 stars because it has absolutely no flaws and can only be cracked or broken by playing it/striking it way too hard or incorrectly. Having been an A custom devotee for over a decade, I was suprised to hear how well it/the 2002s blended w/ the A customs. Brighter and more Silvery sounding than the As, the 2002s have about the same amount of sustain and cut but not overpowering in any way. The thin crash 2002s are thinner and lighter than the A customs and have a slightly higher pitched tone size for size. The 2002 thin crash are the opposite of a china style cymbal, very classy sounding, almost silvery if that makes any sense. If you like the sound/cut/sustain and response of the A customs you will Love the thin 2002s! Best Sizes? 17,18,19", I bought both the 18" and the 19" which led me to check out the rides then ended up buying the 24" 2002 ride which sounds Alot better than the BiG AL ride. Be Warned...You may want to ditch your A customs once you've played the 2002 Paiste cymbals. Now I can hardly wait for the new 602s to make it to America...Here comes another set of cymbals...But Like Drums, you can never have enough, especially when they blend so well with As, Ks and HHs....The best thing about the Paiste 2002 cymbals? They only sound better as they get older and they have multiple weights available, from thin and standard 2002s, to medium, medium-thin and heavy...

Good Civic floor mat

Great floor mat. It's thick, feels good under the feet, fits perfectly in my wife's 2008 Honda Civic, and protects the car's interior. The only problem is black shoe soles, like running shoes, marks the tan floor mat easily. So, in hindsight, I should have purchased a dark color.

These floor mats fit perfectly and protect the car's carpet especially in rainy / snowy conditions. I bought the 'Tan' mats that can be stained slightly by rubber soles although they are easy to clean. Also, they are worth the money in terms of quality and fit.

Great Buy!!!

I have been playing guitar for 49 years and own over 80 guitars. Since I already own a Dean Classical cutaway guitar, I had high expectations for this non cutaway model, and Dean delivered!!! Not a single flaw, looks great, perfect intonation, easy to play, no sharp edges on the frets, quality tuners that keep the strings in tune, and sounds great. It also has an adjustable truss rod that most classical guitars do not have. It is a great practice guitar and loud enough to use for small gigs. And it also comes with a hardshell case. I highly recommend this to beginners as well as advanced players.

This is a wonderful!

This is the first time I ordered a guitar online and I am really very happy. I was lucky to buy this item for 165 USD. Just after I ordered, I noticed that the price was increased to 200 USD. This is my 3rd classic guitar. I was very actively playing when I was an undergrad student. After 10 years of a long interwal I just wanted to own a classical guitar again and did not want to spent a fortune on it. I was very concerned about the quality of the guitar and really curious what would come out of the case. When I received the guitar from UPS I noticed that on the label of the guitar with very small letters it was written MADE IN CHINA!. At first I felt bad about it. However, today is the third day of the arrival of the guitar and I am really very happy that I ordered it. It really sounds great. The tone and volume of the guitar is wonderful. There is no technical problems with it and it also looks really beautiful. You can not only play classic but also flamenco with this guitar. The hard case is very strong and not very heavy. I think for USD 165 (even for USD 200) this is a great deal!!! Thank you Chinesee friends! You did a gerat job! Gracias!

Great Beginner's Guitar

After I decided that I wanted to get a classical guitar, I spent quite a bit of time reviewing the different models in the $200-$500 range. After much deliberation, I decided to try the Dean. The reviews I read about it here and elsewhere clinched the deal. I have owned several electric guitars and a steel string acoustic over the years, but this was my first nylon-stringed guitar. I have to say that I was amazed! This is a quality guitar for a very reasonable price. The hard shell case alone makes it worth it, but the sound is great as well. Deep bass and nice highs compliment this guitar very much. For the beginner, this is a perfect way to start. My advice to someone just starting out in any endeavor is to start at the lower price spectrum and work your way up. Don't buy a thousand dollar guitar that you can't possibly get the most out of unless you've just won the lottery. Guitars like this Dean will keep you interested as you start your journey. Once you've gotten all you can out of it, then it's time for an upgrade.

Perfect for my 2009

The picture shows a light brown color for the mats, but mine arrived as black and it suits me just fine. It arrived quick and I put them in right away, fits perfectly for my Honda Civic 2009. Although it isn't mentioned in the product description (it should), the driver's mat has anchor holes to secure it and prevent any movement of the mat. The passenger and backseat mats all fit nice and neat. Overall, high quality and authentic Honda product.

Perfect Mats for the Honda Civics!

If you have a 2006+ Civic you have to get this set! The set has three mats, one for driver side, one for passenger side and one for the back. They fit perfectly in the car and they don't slide at all. It's ideal for the winter. I didn't get my carpet dirty at all. The mats trapped all the water, salt and sand.

Dead Quiet...

I needed some sound deadening and had no idea what to do... So of course I go to Amazon and check out who's reviewed sound panels - well nobody has really - so I ended up getting these guys. I selected them because of Auralex high reputation in the industry and I liked the green color - it goes nice with the room (and Auralex has a great color selection so poke around and see what makes sense for your space)I have a rather loud guitar amp and I needed to kind of take the edge off of the room reverberation.Point of interest:6 panels at 4 feet X 2 feet (4 inches deep) is a lot more coverage than I imagined it was going to be... the box arrived and it was the size of my refrigerator...so I went to work placing them behind my guitar amp and in other key locations that they work perfectly... the room sounds completely differently now - much quieter and the space just feels nicer having a more dead air feel to it...They are really well crafted slabs - quite heavy solid (dense) more than I imagined they would be... I highly recommend them

Smart choice for me

This is my second seagate portable drive. this one is 1TB and for the record this drive is worth every penny.I use it to store media. All types of media, photos, music library for my ipod, videos taken on 3 different cameras and camcorders, movies (DIVX) and TV shows recorded using Windows media center. Now I can take it with me and were ever I go. I can use it with my notebook and not have to be near a TV or worry if internet is available to be entertained. I just loaded 75 2 hour movies recorded from TCM and still have room. I guess you can guess that I really like this compact drive.

I am a low intermediate guitar player. Bought this banjo because it can easily be tuned DGBE. So I am not a true banjo player or expert about them. My guitar is a Martin HD-28, so I am familiar with a well made instrument. With that background, I am very pleased with this banjo. It tuned easily out of the box. The action is comfortable, and to my ear it sounds great. It plays quite loud. The over all look and feel is solid. Seems well put together and wood is attractive. I wasn't sure whether I would enjoy the banjo, and it has worked out to be a great purchase. I cannot compare to others in the price range, but definitely worth the money.

Bang-On winner from Gold Tone

I am incredibly impressed with this Gold Tone CC-Plectrum. I have two other Gold Tone instruments (CC-OT and Banjola Deluxe), and the quality of setup straight out of the box has consistently been great. This one was the first Gold Tone I have bought from Amazon, and the action on this is a perfect low, head already tightened (so far not even an initial tightening has been needed), the bridge was *almost* spot on (but did require some minor adjustment while chiming at the 12th fret), near zero string stretch after the initial tuning while keeping a rock solid tension with the guitar-style tuners, and very clean looking. I assume this was all done initially by the Gold Tone factory in Florida (as I doubt seriously Amazon does any kind of shipping setup -laughs-). I personally may change the head out at a later date, but otherwise it's my new favorite.A side note, the 4-string bridge that comes with this apparently uses a much wider string spacing that is "traditionally" used for plectrums (or even other types of banjos). The inside string distance measures at 14mm as opposed to a more "traditional" 11mm - so there is going to be some extra finger wiggle room on the neck. Down the line, however, a narrower spacing may be desired (to avoid being scoffed at by the "serious plectrum banjo players") and the bridge replaced.However, I personally rather like the extra spacing (certainly wider than my 5-string "J.D. Crowe spacing" bridge)!I am definitely starting to become a great fan of Gold Tone products.

Not bad at all for a "Made in China" banjo; buy one!

I wanted a Deering but could not afford one and was skeptical about the gold tone being made in China though it is assembled in Tampa, FL I think. Well I bit the bullet and ordered it at a very good price compared to other sites and I am impressed. It looks and sounds great. It is VERY loud for a banjo in this price range. So loud I had to take the resonator off to play in my house. I use it for fun and for recording and will be using it to play live shows and have every confidence that it will perform well and is light enough not to kill you after a long set. I started as a punk rock musician so I have a tendency to pick pretty hard and fast and it stays in tune better than most instuments I have had. Though only time will tell it seems well made and like it will last a long time if taken care of. Bottom line if you want an affordable well made plectrum this appears to fit the bill.

No more climbing over gates!

We got 2 of these gates for our new house because we were tired of climbing over gates and erecting makeshift obstacles to give our cats a doggie free zone. It is perfect, even our German Shepherd won't try to jump this extra tall gate and our Cocker Spaniel can't get a foothold to climb over! Quick and easy to set up. We are very happy with this purchase.

The right case for the job intended.

This case was the perfect choice to house and protect my professional set of Bongos that I travel with throughout the States. It houses all the accessories that go with the art of percussion and making beautiful rhythmic music. Another plus is the recessed handles which is a nice feature when performing I can rest my bells and other accesories on the case with room to spare.
