Best booster ever

If you need a guitar boost, this thing is amazing. Everything else I tried changed my tone this was crystal.

This pedal is a really great add-on to any pedal board. It produces a tremendous increase in volume, but without adding any color to the natural tone of your guitar and amp. If you pull the side knob out, you get a nice, thick (yet clean) overdrive tone, but with the knob on the "in" position, it's much more transparent and "chimey." If you place this pedal after your overdrive/distortion pedals, you'll get the same tone that your pedals naturally deliver, only much louder. Placed before overdrive or distortion pedals, it will really increase the overall gain of the pedal(s) and compress their tone somewhat, as well. I use it as the last pedal in my chain, just to boost the sound I get out of my two overdrive pedals (a Keeley-modded TS808 and a CMATMODS Signa Drive). I also sometimes leave it on just to get a nice, crisp rhythm part going. Works extremely well with all pedals, in my experience. This is the best clean boost pedal out there--it costs a little more, but is well worth the investment.
