Good product for the price

Works great for the price. The mic is hard to place correctly and not get ruffling sound every time you move,in fact, I haven't been able to resolve this problem no matter where I place it. Maybe there is a trick to this that film/video people would know? Other than that, seems to be a great mic so far. Sales people tried to sell me much more expensive Audio-Technicas saying I would need many more frequencies, however, I have not had a frequency problem in West Los Angeles in a very populated Wilshire area. Was I just lucky the first time?

Audio-Technica Pro-88w Wireless Mike

I used this mike for my own wedding and I was really pleased with the results. Audio was clear with no interference noticed. I would recommend this mike to anyone looking for a quality wireless mike at a very nice price. To me, the audio quality was equal to the audio from another much more expensive UHF Audio-Technica mike I used on a second camera.

There are wireless mics that are nicer, but not under $200. The body is durable and comes with a removable belt clip. The mic windscreen works fine in most conditions outdoors. The range, with fresh batteries, is enough that I never noticed a problem in day-to-day use, moving from room to room or with long lenses outdoors. It handles loud SPL very nicely for such an inexpensive mic. The lav is plug-in power so it can be operated from other devices supporting that standard as well.
