Great buy for the money

My son has many guitars and wanted to have a classical guitar to mess around on. We were looking in the $300 and under range. He compared this Sierra to a Cordoba C5 and a Manuel Rodriguez (it was $300 at Guitar Center, not sure what the model number was). He liked this for its rich tone with no "twangy" overtone. He is not a fan of Takamine for classicals because he doesn't care for that high overtone so many guitars have. No doubt if you are willing to spend more you can certainly find a better guitar than the Asian-made Sierra, but for the price it was a real deal and he is pleased with it! Perhaps I should give it 5 stars, since he actually liked it better than the Cordoba...but I gave it 4 stars based on it is probably not "the best classical guitar you can buy"...but it probably is one of the best you can buy for this price point.
