This is a great value!

Though I purchased mine at a spa, after a seaweed wrap to " detox" in the bath- not for weight loss- IMO , ridiculous! I was instructed to use 3 x weekly , soak in hot bath 3 scoops ( and this is a large amount so it is a good value!) then wrap up in spa robe , relax about 30 minutes and follow with a cold shower to remove the product but also a good " detox" regime is a hot then cold process to seal pores! (It works , try it several times on tired feet !) anyway, hope this helps! I love this product but as for wt loss - no- as for totally natural and relaxing bath you can't beat it!!

I fell in love with this product after a spa treatment after days of intense skiing - There was a noticeable difference in soreness of my muscles and the toxins associated with sore muscles. I felt so incredible after the treatment. The spa recommended this not only for sore muscle and as a detox treatment, but also suggested using it when you first begin feeling sick. I use this once a week as a detox, however when I begin to feel sick especially cold/flu symptoms it seems to knock it out of me! I highly recommend this product - worth every penny!
