We have used Viking cookware for the past seven years. It is great cookware. We do a lot of cooking and it performs flawlessly every time. It is a breeze to clean. Very well made and ages nicely. I am on-line looking to see what could be my next purchase. I have not tried the non-stick pans yet.

By Thomas L. Callahan
I bought this pot and pasta insert as a gift for my son years ago, and finally got one for myself. Viking stuff is expensive but very nice. Over the life of the pot, you probably save enough in gas and/or electric current to pay for it. The five ply construction conducts heat very evenly & efficiently. I got some CIA stuff, but it cannot compare to Viking quality.Boiling pot stickers, and pasta are my favorite uses.
