this faucet is much nicer than the one we had previously, and was reasonably priced. we couldn't find anything cheaper anywhere else. it was fairly easy to put in and the instructions were very easy to follow.

I know some of the negative reviews touch on the point that fingerprints and other smudges show up on this faucet. Like any chrome product it does need to be cleaned on a regular basis to keep that shine but with a quick wipe it looks excellent. The install was also easy as far as plumbing goes.
