Good for the price for maintaining safety/security

I use this product to hold a carbine length AR-15. A 16-18" barrel shotgun could easy be used as well. The cabinet is sturdy, though the push-button lock is clearly its weakness. The push-button lock works well, and after a few practice runs, it can be opened quickly.This security cabinet won't keep your firearm safe from an intelligent criminal bent on opening it, but it will keep honest people honest and curious children out.
