Great Product.....but it doesn't fit a 17" laptop

Ordered the bag. It came in as expected. Just like all my other Filson items the product quality was on point. I noticed they did change the strap though as I am pretty sure the strap used to be thicker and wider a year or two back.The one thing I wish Filson stated was up to what size laptop would fit in it. I tried to fit my 17" MacBook Pro in the "laptop slot" but it was too wide and I would end up scratching it up badly trying to wrestle it into the slot. Lucky I would a Case Logic Neoprene sleeve. So it fits in the sleeve and sits in the center of the bag but not toward the outside wall which is where the slot is located to hold the actual laptop. You think Filson would add the extra 1.5-2" to make a 17" fit in this day and age.Otherwise the product quality is just as good as all the rest of the Filson items I own/have owned.
