A lovely surprise!

I bought this for a friend who has thin hair and who had just dyed her hair black and at first I was taken aback by what was inside the plastic bag. This isn't just one large hair piece with a zillion clips like the picture depicts but four large pieces of hair about 5" in width with three clips on each weft and then there were a slew of small one inch pieces, about six I think plus two that had no clips on them which we assumed were spares. I'm not there with her now so can't give the exact amount of hair but it was quite a lot and it works rather nicely once it's layered in the back and a few small pieces added to the front on the side of the face if you like that. She's absolutely delighted.It blends in really well with her hair too although the extensions are super fine. They're from China so I'm assuming it's hair from Chinese women (I hope they get paid well because it's lovely) and the texture is silky smooth, much nicer than the clips of pink human hair I purchased for her from the Jessica Simpson site. These extension's are also cheaper than the least expensive human hair on that site. I'm not dissing that site or her product because they have hair that comes in a variety of colors which meant my friend didn't have to bleach and die her hair to test out the pink she longed for.The only complaint she has about this human hair extension set is that her head is lumpy to the touch and it's true that if someone patted her on the head you couldn't tell them you had a knot or something because there'd be a few "knots" but then most people wouldn't be touching your head. She's in school though and the guys are still boys at heart and like to do silly things like that so if you buy this for someone young that may be a consideration. Even with that she's still delighted and I feel this was a very good purchase and I'm glad I took a chance on it because it meant so much to her. From pink hair to black, it's fun to experiment with something so inexpensive and even better to know which brands are worth it.

My hair isn't jet black nor is it extremely brown. I bought two different extensions from this company: #1 black and #2 dark brown. #2 dark brown extensions weren't the right color for me. I was expecting it to be a little darker but it wasn't. Therefore, I found many flaws for it (as you can see in my review for that). I just received the #1 black extensions in the mail yesterday, and when I tried it on, I was shocked by how well it blended into my hair. Keep in mind that my hair is dark brown, but the black matched my color more so than the brown one. That's an advice to people looking for the right shade. You can not even tell that I'm wearing hair extensions unless you touch my head. Then you'll realize that it's not the most natural of feeling. I may give the dark brown one to a family member of mine who has been eye-ing it. Otherwise, I'm completely satisfied with this product.

I've always had thinning hair. These extensions DO NOT hurt my head. I look fabulous. There's so much hair in the package, I don't even wear them all at once so I can rotate them. Very high quality for the price. If you are even debating extension, don't try anything else! They clip right in so it doesn't dammage your hair. I am going to purchase more just to keep as backup! Best part, I look FANTASTIC!!!
