I found this hitch to be just as described. It is a good rugged hitch that is easy to use. I would not even consider another brand. The Installation book that came with it was very detailed and helpful.

Can't imagine the seller made more than a few bucks on this!! A new REESE 15K 5th wheel hitch complete with rails/hardware for just under $300!!! And shipping in like 4 days, for less than $20??? WOW!! Now all I need is to get it installed!!
