Dell 9 Cell Battery for D420

Battery was delivered early and was the item stated. It projects an inch from the front of the laptop case, but I knew this when I purchased it. Perhaps the product description should mention this as well as the 4/10 lb. additional weight. Battery has increased the operating time over the 6 cell battery from an average of 2 1/2 hours to 4 1/2 hours. This is well worth the added space and weight. I highly recommend both the battery and the vendor.
