4I had read the previous review and...
By Brett A. O'Connell
I ordered 2 pairs of these, they arrived quickly (Amazon Prime 2 day). I had read the one other review and was despondent when the box arrived with a sticker over the product code. The sticker indicated these were the "23026" model (20" height) and under the sticker on the actual box it showed the "23025" model (17" height) and my heart sank. I thought that even though I was warned with the one other review posted here, I stupidly ordered them anyway and was destined to send them back.However... The product I received DID extend to 20" high so they shipped the correct version, even though the box was incorrect and there was a suspect sticker over the product number. They also bolted right up to my Damon pop-up camper, (which was pre-configured for the 23026 jacks) HOWEVER they only supply self-tapping screws with these jacks, no bolts, no nuts. A trip to Home Depot and $12 in 5/16" x 1" bolts, washers and a dozen lock-nuts later, I'm solid and ready to stabilize again.I highly recommend that you also pick up the "BAL 23035 Stabilizing Jack Pad - Set of 4" with these jacks. They bolt right onto these and do include all of the hardware necessary to attach them.

5Great add-on or replacement. Easy install, easy to use.
By Jason M. Vitello
I got these for my small ultra-lite travel trailer as an add on for the front, as it only came with two identical jacks in the rear. Very easy install with the right 13/64 drill bit (got at Lowes) to pilot the self tapping screws and lock washers that are provided. After installing these, my trailer is solid as rock when all jacks are down. Highly recommended to take the "shimmy" out of your trailer, and I too recommend the "BAL 23035 Stabilizing Jack Pad - Set of 4" that very easily add-on to these, giving you firm placement without sinking into the ground.

4Work like they should
By Joshua N. Shelton
These jacks can be problematic for older campers with older frames. I used some angle iron bolted perpendicular to the frame for mounting and they work great, though. The ends of jacks that accept the crank have started to rust a little but the jacks still function as they should. They are far better than the factory jacks on the trailer and I would definately buy again!
