Fantastic purchase

I've had my eye on this for quite some time, ordered it on Christmas day and it arrived six days later (was very impressed with the speed of delivery).The vest is made of heavy canvas and cotton, still pretty good for the winter, don't know how I'll feel like after wearing it in the summer. The slits in the back and sides allow for great ventilation, especially after wearing it the whole day and working.Pockets are plentiful; I had a previous vest that only had two pockets, and the reason why I bought this was because I wanted something that could hold all my "stuff": iPhone, Flip HD camera (with charger), digital camera, and voice recorder. Needless to say I found ample enough space to hold them all and then someAs one of the reviewers mentioned, it does attract ALOT of lint, but that's more semantics than anything else. Highly recommended!

A fair piece.

I bought this and was reasonably satisfied with it. It's pretty warm so it's not ideal for the hot seasons, but serves as an extra layer in the cold seasons. lint sticks to this thing like cat hair and it's hard to remove even by washing. but if these things don't bother you then go ahead and get it.

It was unclear whether the sizing was for women or men. I chose medium but I guess it's men's sizing because the vest is huge. I'm a size Large or Xlarge in women's sizing. I think even a small would have been big on me. It's hard to find this type of item for women.Photo Journalist's Vest
