Polyweave folding chair

Gave the chair a 4 out of 5 bec it folds, is comfortable, and reasonable priced. I enjoy reading in it and it is more forgiving if I sit in it from just being outside. It was not given a 5 star rating because two of the end portion of the legs (ie, feet) are visibly dented and there are two small stains (ie, 1"+ around). I understand wood and the mfr should have chosen wood without stains on a visible portion of the chair (they could have put the stained part under the polyweave or in the back; and, although the packing was good, I got the impression the damage was at the factory.
