Well-made and comfortable

We were looking for a bench to sit by the front door and looked at teak (too expensive), cedar, redwood (couldn't find a style we liked). This one looked so nice and the price was right, so I ordered. It came faster than projected and was easy to assemble. It is heavy duty and looks even better in reality. The seat has a slight curve in it so it is comfortable to sit on while taking off gardening shoes or boots, or just for sitting on and enjoying the front lawn.

The bench I received is sturdy and very well made. The bag containing the hardware was missing a couple of spring washers, but they were easy to find at the hardware store. I'm using it inside and it looks very nice in my bedroom.

At last

I checked my archived email, and saw Amazon recommendations for a bench dating back over a year ago. So apparently I've been considering this purchase, or one like it, since that time. That said, I'm very happy with this backless bench; it's solid (yet somewhat refined), was easy to assemble, and I'm happy to say it's now a welcome addition to my deck. Plus, it arrived ahead of shedule!
