olympic and standard weight

This is a great investment it comes with two poles to screw in one for plates with big holes and plates with small holes. Its sturdy and you can move the feet of it inward, but i keep it out. It;s easy on the hands. I got this one because of how much weight it can hold. I will probably never reach its full potential of 450, but that is kinda the point of buying it. The machine is tall enough that you don't have to bend over in order to use it. GREAT BUY AND FAST SHIPPING, GOT MINES IN 2 BUSINESS DAYS. It does what it is ment to do!!! Worth every penny, also you can work both hands one hand, three fingers four....you get my point...again great buy. THIS IS MY YOUTUBE REVIEW: TYPE IN TITAN GRIP MACHINE ON YOUTUBE OR GOOGLE!!!Update: i now only put about 60lbs or so on this machine, fold the legs in a bit to save space and press one hand at a time.I go for higher reps rather than more weight but still this machine is worth the money even though i will not be going high in weight, the folding legs make it a space saver and worth the money.....gl2u!!!Update: I now use both hands and it I can lift more weight than with one hand....one hand helping the other is better imo...I lift 150 which is 75 each hand and plan on lift 160 later!!..gl2u!!!

Seldom use it, but it's a good addition to my gym. If I used it more, then I'd probably have forearms like Popeye. LS
