Love it!

I needed to replace my old cushion, I was afraid that my soreness would continue until I had sores to deal with. This is a substantial cushion, well made. I've found that I am very comfortable with the gel portion - can make any changes I need just by adjusting how I sit. The base is very supportive, it actually raises me up about 2" - not a bad thing. The cushion, as a whole, has alleviated the sag in the WC seat. That makes it much more comfortable as well. The price is wonderful, too! I'm thinking about buying another to have on-hand ... also in the event Amazon sells out! There is a strap that wraps around the back of the chair that keeps it from moving too much, it also helps to keep it where I want it.
