probably a good product but company is lousy

I tried to order these step stools from Colonial. First they called to tell me they didn't have 4 even though the website let me order 4. Then I agreed to just purchased the one that they had. Then they called back to DOUBLE the shipping amount. They told me that the shipping shown on the purchase is just an estimate and they had to change it. They lost that sale. I have NEVER had a company call me to change the shipping amount after the purchase! Bad Business!

This step stool is the best I have seen around. It is made securely with the cross over bars under the stepping stool and helps you feel safe enough to hold the handle and step onto it without worrying of falling.It is a great buy if you need a handle with stepping stool. Can't beat the quality.

I hate heights and am scared about falling and hurting myself. This stool gives me the comfort of being able to hold onto something while stepping up and then being able to continue to grasp if I feel the need to steady myself. Changing lightbulbs used to be such a scare but no more. This stool has given me the added height to change most bulbs in my house without the fear of falling and no fear of tipping over like I've felt in other stools. I can reach those top shelfs in my cabinets again too!!!
