Yes, some buildings need expensive plenum rated cable to pass inspections. I had the 'pleasure' of providing 2 boxes of these cat6 cable monsters to a great install company so they could pass inspection. The cable is easy to install, was not brittle or stiff, and terminates very well. Every run was operational from the first test.
