This has to be one of the best mounts on the market.The included DVD is designed for even the most challanged do it yourselfer. The well thought out design made this the perfect mount to install a 19" flat screen in our RV.The included hardware, cable management plate, mounting plate for the back of the TV which allows you to quickly remove or install the TV in the mount, and even an include allen wrench with storage space so you can loosen ond adjust the pivot/swivel/tilt joints and not have to hunt for the tool to use.Highly recommended
