The product fits with breathable sides panels. Very comfortable for a large person. I would recommend this product to anyone who is heavy and needs the coverage.

There are situations you just don't have the faintest clue will ever impact your world...and then they do. Caring for a loved one with end-stage renal disease.... "Attends Bariatric Briefs": convenient, well made, easy to use and easy to adjust (my family member doesn't need the full extent of the adjustable sides, so I straight stitch them to fit his situation as the next size smaller is too small) The cost is reasonable. Timely shipped. I did considerable web search before finding this arrangement...and I hope it's intact until our need is no longer.
