Didn't like

I was disappointed in this product. The battery indicator lights did not work well if at all at times. The life of the battery was inconsistant. It diminished sooner than expected for a new battery.

Excellent Dell 1705 Battery

After reading some of the postings that said the Dell 1705 had to have a Dell battery for the charging and icons to work properly, I was concerned about getting this battery. One reviewed had a good experience with his E1705. Received the battery promptly and it installed perfectly. Immediately showed charging and has worked great ever since. Highly recommend this battery if you have the E1705. Computer icon shows charge level and it charges just like the original. Highly recommended.

It works on my Dell E1705 perfectly. Gets about the same amount of charge as the original battery. Hopefully this one will last longer. The original was dead after about a year.
