Much better than regular Sardines

The Baby Sardines or SARDINILLAS as they're called.Are a true delicacy and give all the benefits of the sardine without the sandy after taste left by the Sardine's Bones. ( Personall preference)Personally I eat them seasoned with lemon and grilled Manchego cheese all of it over a soft piece of bread and a good cup of wine.They make great entrees and are virtually eternal to keep in stock for those last minute meetings with friends that enjoy a good gourmet bite.
