I was under the impression by the picture that you received both the shampoo and conditioner. Remembering that beauty brands ran a liter special for 11.98 once a year, I thought it was possible that they could sell each bottle at $14.98. I was wrong and knowing I could get a better price, I returned it. I love CHI products, but do not think $29.99 for one bottle is feasible when I can find it somewhere else. I think the picture is deceiving.

I bought this a little while back and used it for a good month. I thought I'd be WOWED by it because its Chi but no. It smells really good tho and the smell stays in ur hair for awhile. That's good. It does make ur hair alittle softer but nothing a cheaper shampoo and conditioner can't do. I'd go with the cheaper shampoos like the suave professional line.

Best conditioner that has even been on my head!

I have thick, long, frizzy, and a bit curly hair. I've been looking for years for a conditioner that will take the frizz down and make my hair softer. Every time I took a shower I would have to try and get a brush through my hair for a good ten minutes because of all the tangles that would occur in the shower. Chi has fixed all of this! First of all, it smells divine and I can smell it all day in my hair. Second, it makes my hair SO smooth. After the first time I used it, I was shocked. I was able to get a brush through it easily! No more painful attempts to get a brush through my hair after a shower! It even has made my frizz disappear. NOTHING has ever done this before. Not even my de-frizzing hair products. This is the BEST stuff for my thick frizzy hair. It works wonders and I'm addicted. I am not at all expensive when it comes to anything, but this is worth the price. It's very expensive to me but it is so worth it! Plus the conditioner is thick so I don't have to use as much as I did with cheaper conditioners. Seriously, get this!
