Helps make your beds low to no maintenance

This material is fantastic and I use it in all my plant beds with about 3 inches of cypress chip mulch on top. I originally bought this product over 2 years ago. Upon inspection of the older material - it holds up great (no obvious degradation) - as long as it's under mulch and not exposed to intense (Florida) sun (then it gets brittle). TIP: I have had great success using Tyvek tape to join pieces and sections of Weed-X because several of my plant beds are larger than 6 feet wide. TIP 2: I have had great success using bubbler heads on the larger trees and shrubs rather than spraying all over the beds --- this also reduces the weed issues significantly. Overall, Weed-X has made my beds virtually maintenance free. The weeds that I do get are either small and super easy to pull (and very few of them); and those weeds are more a function of the thick mulch rather than this material --- and I get a few weeds between the edge of the beds (sidewalk or rubber edging) and the material itself. The Weed-X fabric works better than anything I've ever used for this purpose which is why I am putting it in all my plant beds; and why I've ordered the long wide roll 3 times (I have a lot of beds).
