LEM Products 654 Stainless Steel Manual Mixer has a 20 pound capacity and makes sausage making simple. Put the seasonings, water and meat into the hopper and turn the handle. Mixes in just minutes. Hopper and four mixing paddles are stainless steel, making them easy to clean and rust resistant. Includes plexi-glass cover. Tub size: 11" (L) x 8 3/4" (W) x 11" (H). This mixer is manual only; it will not attach to a LEM grinder.

Wish I had this years ago!!

This LEM meat mixer is a good one. I’m 73 years of age and have been mixing by hand until arthritis got so bad that I had to stop making my summer sausage. I got this mixer and just love it, now I’m back making my sausage again.

Used it to mix three seperate 18 lb batches of ground venison and wild pig and it worked great. No more freezing hands and the spices mixed in evenly when mixed for a couple of minutes. One batch I have to wait a couple of hours before I coulb get to stuffing the meat into casing so I put the mixer in the in the refrigerator and it is compact enough to fit on the top shelf without any trouble.

This product is amazing! You put your ground meat in then add the seasonings,cure (mixed with water) and it mixes it up. The products we made with it taste so much better than when we mixed it by hand. It's very easy to assemble and clean up. I would recommend this to anyone that has problems mixing by hand or just wants to make sure everything is mixed up good.
